A still garden or patio corner comes alive the moment water starts moving — birds visit more often, and stagnant puddles stop breeding mosquitoes. This solar fountain for bird bath needs no cord run across the yard and no battery to replace: set it in direct sunlight and it starts pumping within seconds. It runs purely on daylight, so there is no outlet to find and no wiring to hide.
Choose from four interchangeable nozzles to change the pattern, and this solar powered water pump adapts from a gentle bubbler for a birdbath to a taller spray for a garden fountain or pond fountain. As a compact solar powered fountain built from lightweight ABS and PE, it weighs just 0.44 lb (0.2 kg) and reaches a maximum water height of 19.7 in (50 cm) — enough presence for a patio water feature without overwhelming a small basin. Whether you call it a solar birdbath topper or a solar pond pump, the same panel and pump handle both jobs, and it doubles as a fountain for birdbath displays just as easily.
