Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?

We currently ship exclusively within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is completely free for all orders within the United States. There are no hidden fees at checkout.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Once shipped, transit time takes about 4 to 8 business days. In total, you can expect your order to arrive within 5 to 11 business days from the date of purchase.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with your tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking details to update in the carrier's system.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept only Cash on Delivery (COD).

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. The item must be unused, free from pet hair, and in its original packaging.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

If the return is due to our mistake (e.g., you received a defective or wrong item), we will cover the return shipping costs. If you are returning the item because you changed your mind, you will be responsible for purchasing your own return shipping label.

Do you charge a restocking fee?

No, we never charge any restocking fees.

How do refunds work if I paid with Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Since COD orders are paid in cash, we cannot automatically reverse the charge to a credit card. If your return is approved, our support team will contact you to get your preferred bank account or PayPal details, and we will manually transfer your refund within 7 business days.
